A service representative will transfer your pet at either your veterinarian's office or your home and return the cremated remains back to the same destination. You can also bring your pet and pick up the cremated remains at our Care Center.
Only one pet is present in the cremation chamber during the cremation process, ensuring 100% accuracy. Your pet's cremated remains are returned in a beautiful urn.
We return the cremated remains in a memory urn alongside a cremation certificate, the RFID tag assigned, a paw print if desired, a celebration video, and any additional memory options selected.
